From turquoise coast to twisted snow gums

A few landscapes from our journey from the NSW south coast into the Victorian high country. The change was striking: turquoise water and red coastal rock giving way to open uplands and snow gums with branches twisted into extraordinary shapes.
The coast had plenty of colour even before the sunset arrived. Inland, the trees took over as the main attraction. Their pale trunks and bent limbs made every patch of woodland look different, especially beneath a sky gathering clouds.
I really enjoy this landscape.
